Cub Bulbul Utsav / Thinking Day

22nd Feb’ 2018 The birth day of Lord Baden Powell was observed as Thinking Day in the Vidyalaya. On this day little Cubs and Bulbuls celebrated their day by various fun activities.
The day started with the garlanding of the Portrait of Lord Baden Powell by Shri Raj Guru Singh KV OEF Kanpur followed by Vice Principal, HM, Scouters and Guiders. Then a very pious ceremony All Faith Prayer was performed in the Vidyalaya in which all the students and teachers had participated. After All Faith Prayer Flag Break ceremony took place. A short but interesting talk on the life and achievements of Lord Baden Powell was delivered.
Little Bulbuls had decorated Bulbul Tree very neatly and they gave greetings to the Principal and other teachers. Cubs also presented their greetings in their own manner and took oath that they will do their best according to their motto “KOSHISH KARO”.
After all these activities a fresh , tasty and nutritional refreshment was distributed, which was very much enjoyed by all Scouts, Guides Cubs and Bulbuls. A drawing competition was organized for cubs and bulbuls in which little hands magic was shown nicely. Group Songs and Group Dances
Were presented by Cubs and Bulbuls and after few games Prize distribution was done by Shri Raj Guru Singh, Principal of the Vidyalaya. The last activity of the day was Lunch. All the Scout Masters, Guide Captains, Flock Leaders and Cub Masters of the Vidyalaya participated actively.
